Memorization is one of the coolest, least cool things a person can do.
It is nothing like memorizing for a spelling test in school with no end game.
It’s a tactical exercise for your mind.
It’s the needle pointing North on your compass when your lost.
It’s doing reps in the gym today to be strong tomorrow.
It is every bit as important to a healthy spirit as reading or praying.
When life throws you a left hook, having the right words close allows you to dodge negativity, and counter punch with truth.
But it takes work.
There is no magic pill.
Just time spent with the words that matter most to you.
Hear is my list.
Just start with one and see how things change.

For when I am weak, then I am strong.
